- Software development on server platforms

- Effective use of development, debugging and testing tools
- Requirements understanding and analysis
- Assistance in creating software specification and software design

- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Javascript technologies like Node. js
- Experience using NodeJS with Databases like MongoDB, MySQL DBs
- Knowledge of Node. js frameworks such as Express, etc
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Exposure to web security features like SSL, OAuth2, etc
- Proficiency in RESTFulServices, Microservices
- Ability to define and follow coding best practices for Node. js
- Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Designing
- Experience on HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JSP, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Unit Testing frameworks
- Excellent logic development and analytical skills
