Job Description: Senior Executive (Warehouse Operations & Ecommerce Development)

Work Mode: In-Office

Job Location: Greater Noida

Annual Salary: ₹3.5 Lacs to ₹5.5 Lacs

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various warehouse operations and e-commerce development activities. Your primary duties will involve order processing, inventory management, and handling dispatches for major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, and JioMart.

• Order Handling: Process online orders and ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatching for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, and JioMart. Handle consignments for Flipkart FBF (Fulfillment by Flipkart) by creating consignments and booking slots for sending goods to the Flipkart Warehouse.
• Pick & Pack: Pick B2B/FBF orders, check MRP labelling, and cross-check SKUs and quantities by scanning. For VC Flipkart orders from WH-01, generate MRP labels, box labels, and packing slips, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and quantities verified by scanning.
• FBA Shipments: Cross-check FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments, verifying SKUs, quantities, and FNSKU through scanning.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory for e-commerce platforms and ensure it is updated on the seller panels. Ensure proper inventory management practices are followed within the warehouse, keeping track of stock for online platforms.
• Dispatch Handling: Coordinate dispatches for B2B/FBF/FLK-VC/FBA shipments, including planning the vehicle requirements based on box numbers and weight. Ensure that online orders are picked up by the courier services on time.
• Reporting & Documentation: Update Goods Inward (GI) from Stock Management Files. Update the Seller Fulfillment Report for online orders and ensure timely updates in all required outward files. Track and update the status of B2B orders in the Order & Production file. Maintain accurate monthly inventory counts.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in warehouse operations and e-commerce development (2 to 6 years).
• Strong understanding of online order processing, inventory management, and dispatch operations.
• Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, and JioMart.
• Experience with tools used for SKU scanning, inventory tracking, and report generation.
• Ability to handle dispatch planning and ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
