Sales Manager- Event Company Only

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and target potential clients across industries to generate leads.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and vendors.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored event solutions.
• Conduct presentations and pitches to showcase the company's capabilities.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives .
• Assign targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Ensure client expectations are met throughout the event planning and delivery stages.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: MBA in Marketing or Event Management from reputed Institute.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the event management industry.
• Strong understanding of event services, products, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Must know local/ regional language
