Must to have:
• Sound knowledge of electronics and its fundamentals.
• Sound knowledge on embedded hardware design and validation
• Should create low level and high level project schedules in MS project
• Electronic product mfg PCB to packaging
• EMI/EMC testing experience
• End to end project execution experience of electronic modules RFQ to SOP
• Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) Experience RFQ to SOP
• Component selection, shortage and obsolesces

Preferred Experience:
• NPD process – know how is required
• Exp in making h/w development quote to leadership – Innovative in business case generation
• Failure analysis – Electronic modules, 7 step problem solving process

Tools – alternate could be ok. CR5000 (Zuken), Mathcad (Worst Case Analysis) not mandatory.

Qualification B.E / B. Tech in Electronics Engineering (ECE/EEE/EI/ETC) OR M.E / M. Tech in Electronics Engineering (ECE/EEE/EI/ETC) BE Instrumentation
