Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Lusha, and other tools to identify and generate high-quality leads. The company will also provide additional data to support lead generation efforts.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-up communications to engage potential clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to
closing deals and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Engagement with Decision Makers: Develop and nurture relationships with senior-level executives (VPs, AVPs) and other key stakeholders in target companies.
- Product Knowledge: Effectively understand and present ERP, CRM, and data analytics products, demonstrating how they solve client business challenges and deliver value.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals.
- CRM Management: Record and track all lead interactions, sales activities, and progress in the companys CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and close deals.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on ERP, CRM, or data analytics solutions.
- Proven experience generating leads via LinkedIn, Naukri, Lusha, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers (VP, AVP) and managing complex sales processes.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and data analytics products and their business applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools to track leads and manage pipeline.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B2B sales and the ability to sell high-value solutions (ERP, CRM) to senior executives.
- Familiarity with tech/software sales or enterprise-level products.
