Objectives of this Role:

• Review, evaluate, and modify electrical design plans and work schedules according to client specifications and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high safety and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expand networks.
• Conduct hazardous area classification and global electrical risk assessment benchmarking for various projects. (Hazardous area classification knowledge is an add-on, not mandatory)
• Apply knowledge of NFPA, IEC, IEEE, and IS standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Perform calculations for circuit breakers, transformers, and other substation elements (HT & LT). (We shall train the prospective employees for HT & LT calculations as a high-level risk engineering)
• Perform equipment sizing calculations for transformers, cables, switchgears. (Good to have)
• Design and implement earthing system, lighting system, and lightning protection system.
• Maintain and improve existing engineering processes and procedures.
• Conduct research on best engineering and risk management approaches across the globe and propose innovative solutions.

Core Competencies & Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Around 10 years of experience as an electrical engineer in a consulting or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in using electrical engineering software and tools.
• Willing to travel to client sites and work on different projects as required.
