Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IndustryOS digital manufacturing solution and IIOT/Industry 4.0 software products. This role requires a deep understanding of digital manufacturing, IIOT, and Industry 4.0 technologies, as we'll as a proven track record in sales and marketing within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote IndustryOS and IIOT/Industry 4.0 solutions.
Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of IndustryOS.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand and address client needs and requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Engineering, and may have a masters in Business Development / Sales.
2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing, IIOT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
