Posion Title: Sales Manager
Locaon: Varachha, Surat
Salary Range: 25k-30k per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager leads the sales team to achieve business goals by formulang strategies,
managing sales processes, and building customer relaonships. The role involves driving sales
performance, coaching team members, and aligning with company objecves to ensure growth and
profitability.
Key Responsibilies:
• Conduct Inbound and outbound calls to prospecve clients to generate leads and also coach,
and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet individual and team sales targets.
• Emails to potenal customers.
• Maintain and update detailed records of all interacons, leads and sales acvies in Excel &
Word.
• Ensure all Excel sheets are updated on me with their current status.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress towards
sales Targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effecve strategies and share best pracces.
• Provide regular updates on sales acvies and results to the Head of sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate soluons to meet their needs.
• Candidate should be from sales and markeng background and good in communicaon.
• Understand the needs of every customer, offer sweet service while leaving them with a
memorable rand experience.
• Focusing on growing and developing exisng clients, together with generang new business
• Proven Track record of achieving sales target and skills of maintaining proper records.
• Handle negoaons, pricing, and contract management for major accounts
• Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effecvely to maximize revenue.
• Work closely with other departments, such as markeng, finance, and operaons, to ensure
alignment in strategy and execuon.
Skills & Qualificaons:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceponal negoaon, communicaon, and presentaon abilies.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency Microso Office
