Associate - Investment Banking - Infrastructure & Industrial - Spark Capital

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage process timelines and quality of deliverables on executions

- Client management on executions

- Coordinate preparation of collaterals - Teasers, Info Memo and Business plans

- Preparation of pitch/ discussion decks for beauty parades/ business development efforts

- Ensure maintenance of industry knowledge base materials for the team

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Transaction experience across Private Equity, M&A and/or Debt advisory

- Robust business modelling skills (conceptual and excel)

- Strong ability to position and narrate equity stories

- Proficient in MS Excel and PPT

- Good presentation skills

- Strong team-player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Solid attention to detail, organized, and thorough with desire for continuous improvements

- Ability to plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner

- Curiosity and knowledge of financial markets and investment banking business

- MBA + BE Preferred
