Role & responsibilities

• Serve as a Microsoft 365 developer with a focus on SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI).
• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and define functional specifications for projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions based on agreed specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Sparients Information Security policies and approval processes related to Microsoft 365 and other cloud technologies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 solutions to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage provisioning of Microsoft 365 solutions for approved users.
• Implement and maintain user lifecycle processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices.
• Recommend and implement improvements to Microsoft 365 technologies as directed by the manager.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, especially SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Ability to research and develop expertise in emerging Microsoft 365 and cloud-based technologies.
• Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions to minimize business disruption.
• Strong ability to guide and support local IT professionals in delivering Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within the Innovations and IT organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of cloud concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and JavaScript.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for virtual meetings.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• At least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 products, especially SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience providing remote support to end-users.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and other integration technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft 365 Developer Associate or similar certification.
• Experience with Azure services and other cloud platforms.
