Role: Technical Project Manager
Experience: 15 - 20 + years
Education: Graduate - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication; PG - M.Sc. Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers
Location: Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource planning (maximizing utilization of resources)
Resource Forecasting (Stay ahead of the curve in scaling up or down hiring)
Resource skills growth (Ability to allocate resources with appropriate skills to projects)
Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience
- Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Good experience in Agile and CSM certification is preferred
- Working knowledge of SAFE is preferred
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools like Jira, methodologies, and
best practices
- be able to take complete ownership of projects
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and
long-term goals
- Potential to judge and foresee problems/issues.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and are extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Should be able to understand Product architecture and technicalities, which requires providing accurate estimation to the customer
- Good to have a background as a Technical Solution Consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- the resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs to meet budget and track deliverables
- Develop, manage, and control detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provide project reports/updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain and control the RAID log - escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
