System Engineer - L2

To plan, implement and maintain desktops, printers, servers, voice and network infrastructure to ensure consistent performance through maximum uptime.

Summary of essential Job Functions

Should have good experience in Operating System (Win MAC), Software Hardware Support

Should have good experience in Laptop Desktop Support

Managing the End users support tickets on helpdesk portal

Resolving tickets within the SLA

Configuring troubleshooting the printer, scanner / Plotters (Windows Mac)

Exposure in Active Directory user creation deletion

Monitor support wired wireless network

Remotely resolving application / Windows / network Issues

Maintaining Assets through Asset Management Tools (Must)

Weekly update on the site health status to the stakeholders (Must)

Should have Basic knowledge on windows Servers Storage

Good to have Exposure to Google Workspace its Apps

Extend support to Infra team for Data Center maintenance activity

Should be ready to work on weekends for any major issues / Data center upgrade activity
