Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, AppExchange tools, and automation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
- Willing to attend clients call during late India evening. (Must to have)
