Junior Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
• Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage invoices and ensure timely payments and collections
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
• Ensure all accounting records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with the senior accounting team and provide administrative support when required.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge on Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
• Knowledge in accounts payable & receivable processes

Preferred candidate profile

Good Knowledge in Bank Reconciliation, AP/AR

Strong knowledge in Accounts and Finance
