Project Manager - Rice (6-8 yrs)

Designation: Project ManagerPMT (Rice).

- Project Planning, prepare schedules and adherence to complete project in stipulated time.

- Project plans and documentations.

- Address financial constraints of the projects and meet the same.

- Cross functional team supervision, team handling.

- Floating of Quotations, Price negotiations, finalizing Contractors for Rice milling projects.

- Price negotiation with Vendors: Grain machineries, Rice milling.

- Discussion with Customer on project scope and finalizing the same.

- Review with Contractors on scope of work and estimates, negotiation of the same.

- Work with vendors and subcontractors to make sure that the specified materials and services are purchased for the project.

- Review specifications and drawings, attend project coordination meetings, coordinate joint inspection of project sites (customer, supplier and or third party).

- Coordination with site management and close monitoring of project execution for completion as per pre-defined timeline.

- Preparation of SOPs which are project specific.

- Prepare Predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules which are project specific for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery.

- Conversant with Safety norms, systems, procedures, practices and related regulatory provisions.

- An effective communicator with honed relationship management, coordination, people management and analytical skills; zeal to lean and adopt new technologies Over.
