Location: Bangalore

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical & MBA

Industry Preferred: Engineering, Heavy fabrication, Core complex manufacturing sector.

Responsibility and Role:

- Core Complex manufacturing experience in engineering industry.

- Sourcing, Planning, SCM, Production, IE, QA, Logistics and procurement of material is the responsibility.

- Good exposure in Green field/brown field projects.

- Quality to international standards, ISO, Lean & TQM systems to be in place.

- Strategic planning on business development,.

- Communication with all process business heads to reach company goals.

- Communication with customers to match their delivery, quality and service requirements.

- Communication with all suppliers and vendors to ensure that the products are supplied right and at the right time.

- Interphase with the design department to produce products as per the customer requirements.

- Interphase with the technical sales to provide all required information on manufacturing.

- Market study & making the business competitive and profitable.

- Manufacturing practices to be world class and need to be up to date Process like change management, lean, ISO, TQM.

- Ensure profitability of the division with proper cost controls and inventory management.

- Strong in team management, team building & good leadership skill.

- 15+ years of work experience with Production Operations
