The Services Business Leader builds, leads, and develops teams to achieve business unit goals in terms of booking, revenue, profitability, operations, and delivery. Guides the vision and overall business development strategy.

• Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Data Studios - Gen AI practice. The Practice Head will manage the strategic direction, execution, and delivery of all Gen AI-related projects within the organization and lead the Gen AI CoE. This includes managing a team of data professionals, ensuring the successful definition of practices and implementation in projects, and driving innovation in data, AI/ML and Gen AI solutions.
• Experienced leader and manager motivated by technology and challenges, with a passion for learning innovative technologies and innovative solutions and collaborating with them to solve business challenges.
• Lead global programs, customer success, and professional services teams, focusing on Data, Analytics, AI, ML Automation solutions, from ideation to delivery. Represent the latest solutions in Data, Analytics, AI, and GenAI Automation solutions.
• Lead the AI/ML, Gen AI CoE to build accelerators, utilities in the emerging technology space to enhance the overall value proposition of our offerings and to increase the delivery efficiency of projects.
• Focus on support and delivery of innovative solutions for a variety of clients, from strategy and proof of value to large-scale transformation projects, maximizing synergies among internal and external stakeholders.
• Function as an experienced leader and manager motivated by technology and challenges, with a passion for learning innovative technologies and innovative solutions and integrating them into solving business challenges.

20+ years of experience :
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Gen AI practice.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align data initiatives with overall business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and analytics.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and project managers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Implement best practices in project management and data governance.
Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their data requirements and expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Technical Excellence: Drive the development and implementation of innovative data solutions.
Evaluate and select right technologies and tools for data projects.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI/ML, Gen AI solutions.
Resource Planning Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for the Gen AI practice.
Optimize the use of human and technical resources to maximize efficiency.
