Job Description
Position: Matrixx CCS / Huawei OCS (MT412T RM 2918)
Job Description :
- Manage and troubleshoot Matrixx CCS OR Huawei OCS systems.
- Analyze and debug system-level logs and traces for operational issues.
- Provide L2/L3 support for backend systems and Matrixx Charging System.
- Expertise in signaling protocols: Diameter, SS7, GTP, HTTP2, SIP.
- Must have Knowledge on basic Linux commands.
- SQL queries & Maintenance required for OCS.
- Develop and execute bash scripts for system optimization and monitoring.
- Hands on experience on containerization Kubernetes, Dockers required for CCS matrixx.
- Deploy and maintain CICD pipelines and automation.
- Proactive approach to performance monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana and application Logging using ELK / Fluent Bit.
- Emergency CSR handling on a 24/7 service level, with on call support.
- Incident management, reporting, RCA preparation
- Certification on MATRIXX Operations Specialist.
- Ensure optimal system performance and compliance with SLA and KPI metrics.
