Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of growth marketing principles to scale Soul AI’s contributor base and maximize engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to onboard thousands of skilled professionals who will help train and evaluate AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the entire marketing funnel – from brand awareness to user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and optimize growth strategies to rapidly scale our talent base, using organic/paid marketing, referral programs, content marketing, and community-building initiatives.
• Analyze and improve conversion rates by identifying bottlenecks in the funnel and implementing targeted experiments and campaigns to optimize user acquisition and retention.
• Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, user behavior, and engagement trends, adjusting strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Manage and optimize website performance, ensuring an engaging user experience, effective landing pages, and conversion rate improvements.
• Oversee content creation and podcast initiatives, including interviews with domain experts and thought leaders to strengthen brand positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product and Operations) to drive growth-focused projects and initiatives.
• Develop engagement strategies to retain high-quality contributors and ensure a strong, active community within Soul AI.
• Identify and implement automation tools to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency in scaling our contributor base.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or organic user acquisition, ideally in a high-growth tech, AI, marketplace, or on-demand business.
• Startup experience is mandatory – must have worked in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong expertise in customer acquisition strategies, growth hacking, and funnel optimization.
• Proven ability to analyze and leverage data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.
• Experience with SEO, website management, landing page optimization, and content-driven growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, UX/UI principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to create compelling narratives to attract top talent.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.).
