Job Description
- Develop and optimize chemical production processes based on client specifications and requirements.
- Plan and execute experiments to identify the most efficient and effective production methods for chemicals.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the production process, including batch records, protocols, and reports.
- Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the production process to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and coordinate maintenance activities with the maintenance team.
- Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Offer technical support to production teams and address production-related issues.
