Job Description
- Technical Customer Support Engineer for Cognitive Services
- Provide exemplary customer support experience for Microsoft's Azure Cognitive Services.
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues through collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams.
- Identify cases requiring escalation, whether technically or strategically, and collaborate with relevant teams.
- Create and maintain incident management requests to product or engineering groups.
- Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and self-help resources to enhance customer and engineer experiences.
- Offer ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring to fellow engineers.
- Foster technical collaboration and engagement beyond CSS, including Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, and Regions.
- Proficiency in Azure Cognitive Services, including LUIS, SDK app, and ML model prediction accuracy.
- Strong coding skills in Python and C#, with knowledge of C++ and/or Java.
- Debugging and validation expertise in backend logs.
- Deep understanding of API utilization, including calling API's, Rest API communication, endpoint, authentication, debugging, and traces.
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud development.
- Familiarity with OpenAI (an added advantage).
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and cross-functional teams.

As a first company it teaches me a lot, how the work culture could be and what the things need to do and what not to do, to survive in the field. Help me to gain knowledge on respective techincal area Azure Data Engineer. And making a good relationship with colleagues and makeing new frnds.
If you are full work holic, this company is not good for your growth. There are no projects very few projects will be there and mostly support. And the projects sometimes in middle got cancelled.
