We are hiring Non-IT Recruiter with minimum 2 - 4 years of experience into Hiring Niche roles.

Candidate should be a Graduate & have excellent communication skills.

Work model: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office-Office is located in Hebbal, Bangalore )

Contractual Role: 6 month contract (based on the performance will be taken on the company payroll)

Notice period: Immediate/ 30 days

Job role:

Sourcing candidates: Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Screening and interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Job posting and advertising: Writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates.

Candidate assessment: Administering pre-employment assessments, tests, and background checks to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the role.

Collaborating with hiring managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate criteria.

Negotiating job offers: Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating compensation packages, benefits, and other employment terms.

Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

Maintaining recruitment metrics: Tracking and analyzing recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Staying updated on recruitment trends: Keeping abreast of industry best practices, new recruitment tools, and emerging trends to continuously improve the recruitment process.
