Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop account plans to achieve assigned targets in specific industries and markets with designated products.
- Prepare and present monthly forecasts, accurately managing opportunity dates, booking values, and revenues in CRM.
- Build and maintain a network of customers and industry contacts, positioning Qodenext as a leader in technology solutions.
- Execute customer-centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct detailed customer business analysis to provide insights, articulate solutions, and secure buy-in at the C-level.
- Develop impactful presentations and proposals highlighting Qodenext's differentiated solutions and market leadership.
- Build and execute sales plans to achieve booking and revenue targets quarterly.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and future planned activities effectively.
- Collaborate with product teams to share market feedback and influence product roadmaps.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in hunting and market expansion roles.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or a similar techno-commercial background.
- Proven experience selling technology solutions, including software, automation products, machine vision, and capital equipment.
- Expertise in selling to decision-makers at all levels, from mid-size companies to Fortune 100 enterprises.
- Strong background in perpetual, SaaS, and Cloud software sales.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, IT services, and CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Prior experience in industries such as Pharma/Life Sciences, Agro, Auto, FMCG, or Textile is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% as needed.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
