Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial electrical, electronics, instrumentation, and automation products. You will work closely with customers, understanding their requirements, providing product solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market industrial electrical, electronics, instrumentation, and automation products to potential customers.
• Develop new business relationships and maintain existing client relationships.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to drive sales.
• Maintain detailed records of sales and customer interactions.
• Attend industry events and seminars to build brand awareness and expand network.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in automation, electrical, electronics, or instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented with a focus on results.
