Job Description

Create design concepts, drawings & present design ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
Use data collected from research, user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs
Use a variety of metrics to analyse and continuously improve the user experience
Illustrating UX design through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes in collaboration with Product Designer
Assist Product Designer in developing and maintaining detailed design documentation including specifications, redlines, and style guides
Assist Product Designer to establish and enforce UI Development, testing standards and Usability analysis pipelines
Develop POCs using rapid prototyping methodologies for review and demonstration
Design reusable UI components and modules to accelerate development velocity
Promote adoption of best practices across A/B Testing, UI Testing, code-sharing, and improving frontend performance
Stay up to date with latest trends and technologies related to UI Design & User Experience
Assist Product Designer to evolve and design product features using qualitative and quantitative insights 2 to 3 years of experience in visual design or interaction design
Expert level knowledge and experience of Vector graphics and animations
Experience of delivering multi device front ends (web, mobile, smart watch, HMI screens, Kiosk)
Experience of design thinking led front end development
Experience in User Testing and User Interviews
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving
Experience in industrial application design is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile design process based on daily feedback loops
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment where change and continuous improvements are fully embraced
Ability to test and debug for cross browser and device support
Experience using a 3rd-party Design System such as Google Material, Ant Design and similar is a plus
Experience in designing data driven application with knowledge of Analytics & Data Visualisation is a plus
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
