We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack React Developer to join our dynamic and innovative development team.

Location:Kolkata, New Town

Experience:minimum 2-5 yrs

Salary:3-5 LPA

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications.

Implement responsive user interfaces using React for the front-end and integrate with back-end services.

Front-End Development:

Develop reusable and modular components using React.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Back-End Development:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js or other relevant technologies.

Implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.

Database Management:

Integrate and work with various databases, both SQL and MySQL, to store and retrieve data efficiently.

Optimize database queries for improved performance.

Code Quality and Testing:

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability of the application.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.

Troubleshooting and Debugging:

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

Experience with server-side development using Node.js or similar technologies.

Knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
