Solitaire Global Schools is looking for Admin Counsellor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks. Provides support to employees, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are in good working order.
• Coordinate scheduling and meetings, and make arrangements for travel and accommodations as needed.
• Greet and assist visitors, and answer and direct phone calls as needed.
