SAP Business Analyst - EDI Module (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in all phases of SAP EDI projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and go-live support.

- Conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending process improvements.

- Design and document detailed functional specifications for SAP EDI integrations.

- Configure SAP EDI interfaces (IDocs, ALE/PI) for inbound and outbound data exchange with trading partners.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP EDI with other systems.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP EDI solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues effectively and efficiently.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in SAP EDI and integration.

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP EDI implementation and support projects.

- Strong experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Design, and hands-on SAP Configuration.

- Proven experience in analyzing and mapping business processes.

- Ability to identify inefficiencies, create strategies and implement solutions.

- Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures.

- Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a high complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.

- Must be client focused, and have good problem solving & decision-making skills.

- Good functional knowledge of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle covering Ordering, Delivery, and Billing areas.

- Good understanding of Idocs, Customer EDI transactions, inbound and outbound transactions flows.

- Experience with 3PL EDI transactions and business processes (warehousing and transportation).

Desired Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of industry standards such as X12, EDIFACT.

- Experience with EDI mapping tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
