Hr Executive And Recruiter

Position Title: HR Executive
Location: Ranchi Jharkhand
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and employee development. You will support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and policies to ensure a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.
• Masters Degree (optional) in HRM or related areas is a plus.

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply (01 year of experience in HR or related fields).
• 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, or employee relations is preferred but not mandatory.
