- We are looking for a Technical Manager who excels in Agile project management, team leadership, and process optimization.

- The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in managing software development teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and tracking progress using JIRA dashboards.

- This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- The Technical Manager will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while maintaining Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Project & Agile Management :

- Implement and enforce Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize project execution.

- Maintain and organize the JIRA dashboard for real-time project tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project progress, team efficiency, and sprint velocity.

- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.

- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.

- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Team Leadership & Coordination :

- Work closely with developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and DevOps to maintain smooth collaboration.

- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

- Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence.

- Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity and skill development.

- Manage resource allocation effectively to ensure optimal project execution.

Technical Process & Best Practices :

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and architectural guidelines.

- Track and monitor CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.

- Collaborate with DevOps for automated deployment and infrastructure management.

- Maintain documentation for project workflows, technical decisions, and best practices.

- Drive adoption of agile tooling, automation, and efficient collaboration tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical & Agile Expertise :

- Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.

- Experience in JIRA dashboard setup, workflow automation, and sprint tracking.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred).

- Knowledge of software architecture principles, microservices, and system design is a plus.

Leadership & Communication Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute tasks effectively.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and team productivity.

- Ability to mentor and motivate software engineers for high-performance delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Project Management certification.

- Prior experience in managing technical teams working on Python, Flask, Node.js, PostgreSQL, an- d AWS.

- Understanding of QA processes, test automation strategies, and security compliance.
