Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  – Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in functional (manual) testing.
  – At least 1 year of experience in automation testing, with practical knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Technical Skills:
  – Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  – Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management systems.
  – Familiarity with writing and maintaining automation scripts using languages such as Java, Python, or equivalent.
• Analytical & Logical Thinking:
  – Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to logically analyze complex business and functional requirements.
  – Strong attention to detail in identifying and documenting defects.
• Communication:
  – Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively report testing outcomes and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Agile Methodologies:
  – Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable.
