We are looking for a highly skilled Manual/Functional Test Lead with expertise in the Retail domain. This role requires a deep understanding of ETL as well as Manual Testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing test cases, as well as ensuring the functionality and quality of applications. Mandatory Skills: 10+ years of experience in Leading a team of more than 10 members preferably in the Retail domain. Strong knowledge of ETL and UI Testing. Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts. In-depth understanding of Retail processes and standards. Experience in SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing across multiple phases. Ability to identify and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Strong ability to report, track, and review defects to assess application quality. Proven expertise in Test Data Management, including the collection, evaluation, and provisioning of test data. Ability to perform exploratory testing for critical application functions. Good-to-Have Skills: Mobile testing Automation Testing experience Basic knowledge of Java programming. Familiarity with Oracle and SQL for database testing. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Familiarity with API Testing and Web Testing. Key Responsibilities: Lead a testing team of more than 10 memebers. Create, execute, and manage manual test cases to ensure the functionality and quality of Retail applications. Coordinate and execute testing across multiple phases such as SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing. Review the test results internally and have review discussions with customer Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications conform to retail requirements and design. Conduct peer reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of test assets. Ensure all SDLC and testing processes are adhered Identify test data requirements, collect necessary data, and manage test data provisioning. Report and track defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution. Perform exploratory testing to assess user experience and validate critical functionality.
