Software Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Provide product based technical support to our customers via call and sometimes text
• Resolve customer queries though troubleshooting and reading FAQs
• Online/On-site training of software product
• Installation / Patch updating of software products
• Perform entry of record of all support actions and communications
• Keep an open mind towards improving existing day to day team processes
• Collecting customer's feedback and requirements
• Work in a timely and effecient manner

Preferred candidate profile

• Great communication ability (English, Hindi or Gujarati)
• Familiarity with capital markets and trading platforms
• Ability to quicky grasp new ideas and concepts.
• Ability to organize and simplify things.
• Enjoys Trobleshooting.
• Enthusiatic trainer.
