Candidate Profile:
o Should have a background in software development, academically and / or professionally.
o Should have experience in PHP with a strong hand in Core PHP, MVC frameworks, Cake PHP, Codeigniter.
o Should have good experience with MySQL database, Database Management and SQL Queries
o Must have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
o Strong grasp in web development open source: CSS, XHTML, PHP5, MySql, JavaScript, jQuery.
o Understanding of open source projects like Wordpress, Magento etc, will be considered as a plus point.
o Willingness to work hard to achieve a company's commitments.
o Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
o Passion for coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
o Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
o Must possess excellent communication, presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with seniorlevel management.

Job Description/KRAs:

Technical
o Maintain standards of software quality by establishing good coding/code commenting practices and code/files management habits. o Should be self organised.
o Make sure to commit only what He/She can deliver.
o Make sure to deal with technical mentors in case of Database design and planning.
o Analyze and resolve software errors accurately on time and keep update to project lead developer and BA in concern.
o All the Suggestions/Guidelines/Instructions should be followed which are provided by their mentors.

Project Planning
PP - Pre-Sales Stage
o Provide time/cost estimates to the Pre-sales/BA team when asked as per their best capabilities.

Project Execution/Management
o Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
o Responsible for proper reporting and keeping updates to the project mentor.
o Make sure that work done (progress done) on the current project is clear and can be evaluated any time.
o Develop software programs and applications passing through all stages. Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.

Self Improvement + Knowledge Sharing + Team Training
o Keep himself/herself updated about the latest best practices related to their Job Responsibilities.
o Acquire new skills and knowledge that are in sync with the company's future plans and or your upcoming project requirements.

Others (Administrative and Disciplinary )
o Make sure that the Software Programmers are posting their time in a descriptive and a timely manner.

Required Experience:
o 1-5 Years of experience candidates required.

Qualifications:
o B.Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M.Tech, MCA or M.Sc (IT)
o Foreign Language will be considered as a plus point.

Preferred Industry Web Solutions:
o E-commerce, Online Marketplaces, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts, Social networking portals, On Demand Service Portals.

Job Location, Working Days:
o Mohali, Punjab
o Five days working and Declared Holidays.
