Software Engineering Lead

• Manage and prioritize workload effectively.

• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical skills.

• Provide excellent customer support experience for enterprise customers.

• Analyze and provide hands-on support for various inquiries.

• Log and track problems; review problem tracking databases.

• Resolve complex technical issues as necessary.

• Stay updated on new technology developments.

• Collaborate with a Feature SCRUM Team and other SCRUM members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.

• Implement development processes, coding best practices, and conduct code reviews.

• Mentor and support less-experienced software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.

• Perform complex research, design, and software development tasks within a specific business functional area or product line.

• Provide direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology while developing cross-functional software products.

• Understand and parse log files (IIS, Application, Event Viewer, etc.); ELK experience is a plus.

• Lead by example and fulfill other duties as required by the team.

• Experience in Web 2.0 Application Development.

• Knowledge of C# .NET MVC.

• Familiarity with C# WCF / SOAP Services.

• Proficiency in HTML / JavaScript / CSS.

• Experience with jQuery / Bootstrap (optional React, Angular, Knockout).

• Understanding of Entity Framework and Dapper.

• Experience with xUnit .

• Proficiency in GIT source control.

• Advanced SQL knowledge (MySQL & SQL Server) and SQL query troubleshooting experience.

• Basic knowledge of Windows Services and Windows Server Administration.

• Experience with Continuous Integration Software (Jenkins / Hudson), Deployments, and PowerShell Scripting.
