Job Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex technical challenges, design innovative solutions, and lead the development process from start to finish.

You will mentor junior developers, write, test, and document high-quality code, and ensure system enhancements meet customer requirements.

This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver scalable, efficient software solutions across various phases of the development lifecycle.

Skills Required / Job Specifications :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience with .Net/.Net Core, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and web services.

- Expertise in software architecture, data modeling, and microservices-based architecture.

- Strong knowledge of MVC, HTML/CSS, and web technologies.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues under tight deadlines.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using .NET Core, C#, and Angular.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and other integration mechanisms.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively and efficiently.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend developers) to deliver high-quality products.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET Core, Angular, and web development technologies.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.
