Sr. Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Sr Software Engineer Engineer-UI to help us build the next-gen Conga products and be part of the platform-level organization that supports the implementation of critical business enterprise applications. You will help code and implementation of responsive web applications using React or another JS Framework. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will work on tactical implementations, optimizing existing systems and collaborating closely with team members on projects.

Are you the person we re looking for

Related experience. 4+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and other JS frameworks.

Technical skills . Good knowledge of Front-End development technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, JS Frameworks (Angular, react, LWC etc.), CSS abstraction (Less, SASS etc.), and task runners (Grunt/Gulp etc.)

Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and responsive design principles. Strong understanding of RESTful services and API integration.

Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD processes.

Education . Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Soft skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in communicating clearly with users, peer teams and project management.

Knowledge of professional best practices for Software Development Life Cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous integration, build processes, testing and operations.

Documentation. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, coding standards, and development processes.

Differentiating Skills. Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices. Familiarity with build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
