Job Description
Design, build, and deploy high-performance backend systems using with Node.js stack (NodeJS, TypeScript, and related technologies) Or Java stack (Java, Spring Boot).
Ability to come up with quick solutions on new integrations, new tech, build frameworks etc
Provide elegant, scalabe tech solutions that support requirement as well as NFRs
Design highly scalable, highly available systems which caters to enterprise wide requirements
Lead technical initiatives, drive architectural best practices
Defining and upholding the engineering best practices across the tech stack
Own the entire development lifecycle including requirement refinement, coding, code reviews to monitoring production systems
Work with peer developers, QA, product managers, scrum masters in an Agile environment
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional systems / user experiences.
Building code and testing frameworks / standards that can be used across org
Own the entire development lifecycle including requirement refinement, coding, code reviews to monitoring production systems
Qualification
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications
5+ years of work experience in delivering and leading technical projects and teams.
Strong hands-on Experience in NodeJS / Java stack, cloud services, building scalable, secure APIs, building scalable and high availability systems
Experience with development tools like git, Jenkins, Sonar, copilot
Good to have experience in Python stack
Good to have experience working with third party APIs. Preferably payment systems
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in mentoring developers and build frameworks on which other developers can build on
