Job Description
We are looking for a B Tech/ M Tech, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
- Have worked in fintech or startup-like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment for at least 3+ years.
- Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently.
- Have experience in building highly scalable business applications, which involve implementing large complex business flows and dealing with huge amount of data.
- Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming will be an added advantage.
- Deep expert in programming and full-stack development (strong OO skills preferred) with Ruby-on-Rails, React Native and MS SQL / MySQL, MongoDB, and AWS experience.
- Ability to completely own a lending technology platform built for credit underwriting.
- Be a true partner, who truly care for people, serves, and goes out of the way to give them what they need to serve the business.
- Have a solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Have a penchant for solving complex and interesting problems.
