Role Description :

This is a contract position for a Java MSB + AWS role at StaidLogic. The role involves software development using Jakarta EE, microservices, programming, and design patterns.

The position is on-site in Hyderabad with day-to-day tasks focused on developing and optimizing digital environments for future-proofing businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop large-scale software systems using Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot.

- Lead the development of UI components using ReactJS/NodeJS in an AWS environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software systems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software systems.

Required Qualifications :

- Software development, with a focus on Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot.

- Strong expertise in UI development using ReactJS/NodeJS.

- Experience with AWS services, including deployment and management of applications.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization using Docker.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

- Experience with cloud-based security and compliance frameworks.
