Software Developer

• Collaborate in an agile environment with Product Management and business stakeholders to ensure proper application design and clear specifications.
  
• Develop new applications to meet agreed specifications.
  
• Conduct code reviews of other Software Engineers on the squad.
  
• Analyze and maintain current applications & processes.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
  
• Modify existing software to correct errors and improve the quality, reliability, productivity, and performance of the application.
  
• Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to manageable and measurable tasks.

What You Will Bring

• 4+ years of Software Development experience with the relevant technology and skills
  
• Prior work experience in and understanding of Agile methodologies.
  
• Effectively communicate in English (both oral and written form).
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in C#, .NET, API (REST, SOAP).
  
• Experience with MSSQL and MongoDB databases, microservices, CI/CD such as GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes.
  
• Skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript libraries such as ReactJS and TypeScript.
  
• Analytical skills to identify, quantify, and permanently resolve problems.
  
• Effectively prioritize and consistently deliver results within the expected time.
  
• Work independently with minimal supervision and under deadline pressure.
  
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and openness to change.
  
• Take strategic direction from management.
  
• Sit for multiple hours at a time and work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard.
  
• Remain alert and focused during the working days.
  
• All other related additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned.
