Software Developer (Wordpress + React)

Position Overview: Were seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Software Developer to join our development team. This position will be key in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across multiple platforms, including WordPress, Salesforce, and custom email services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in PHP, React JS, and Salesforce integrations, with the ability to create engaging, high-quality digital experiences. This role requires technical depth and a collaborative spirit to drive impactful projects from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development:
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Ensure WordPress-based solutions are secure, optimized, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and visual designs into functional, interactive web pages.
• Gutenberg blocks
• Understand plug-ins
• QA and test the work

• PHP Programming:
• Write efficient, reusable, and high-performance PHP code to support back-end functionalities.
• Collaborate in developing robust APIs and integrate with third-party services to enhance application capabilities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize back-end performance to ensure smooth user experiences.
  
  
• Front-End Development (React JS):
• Utilize React JS to create dynamic, user-centric front-end experiences with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all user interfaces.
• Implement clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in front-end development.

• Salesforce Integration:
• Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with WordPress and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Design and implement custom solutions within Salesforce to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and maintain Salesforce integrations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  
  
• Email Development:
• Design, build, and test responsive, user-friendly HTML email templates that are compatible with various email clients and devices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and best practices.
• Implement A/B testing and track performance to optimize email campaigns for engagement and conversion.
  
  
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and marketing to ensure alignment of digital solutions with business goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve the development process and recommend new strategies continually.
• Conduct code reviews, share insights, and mentor junior developers to elevate the team’s technical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of software development experience, focusing on WordPress, PHP, and React JS.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and best practices in theme/plugin development.
• Advanced PHP knowledge with hands-on experience in building custom solutions.
  Proficiency in React JS and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of front-end frameworks and tools.
  Proven experience in Salesforce integration, with knowledge of REST APIs and Salesforce workflows.
  Expertise in email development, including responsive design principles and testing across major email clients.
  Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to knowledge-sharing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind for enhanced UI styling.
