About the Job :
As an HRIS Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRIS) modules that streamline HR operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
This position involves collaborating with HR teams, integrating systems, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
You will focus on creating user-friendly, scalable, and efficient solutions while staying updated with emerging HRIS trends and technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify requirements for HRIS modules, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Design and develop scalable and efficient HRIS modules aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure modules adhere to legal, organizational, and compliance policies.
- Configure, implement, and integrate new HRIS modules into existing systems.
- Integrate HRIS modules with other enterprise applications such as payroll, finance, attendance, and ERP systems.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop efficient data storage and reporting systems for HRIS.
- Provide customized reports and dashboards tailored to organizational needs.
- Train HR and other departmental teams on effective use of the HRIS modules.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in HRIS development.
- Recommend and implement system updates to enhance functionality and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications :
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in ASP.NET Framework with C#.
- Expertise in MVC Framework for building dynamic web applications.
- Proficient in MSSQL Server, with experience in database design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Strong skills in JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
- In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Strong database concepts with the ability to design and manage complex systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Nice to Have :
Experience with ASP.NET Core for building modern web applications.
- Familiarity with AngularJS for front-end development
