- Implement highly complex interfaces using Cerner FSI/OPENLink, Corepoint or appropriate middleware.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to develop efficient interfaces that adequately meet the clients needs. Fully responsible for interface development, implementation, analysis, modification, testing, and support from pre-implementation through post go-live activities.
- Work with ITWorks associates and clients/users to investigate operational issues, identify effective solutions, implement, and test resolutions and confirm with end users
- Conduct problem management to identify root cause and implement resolution
- Document all work as part of client deliverables, consistently using a professional documentation approach throughout span of engagement and beyond, resulting in high quality materials for internal and external usage
- Leverages ticketing system to document all break-fix and enhancement work
- Develop appropriate documentation and participate in change control processes
- Provides after-hours call support within an on-call rotation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (Sunday to Thursday-India Day shifts) as needed to accommodate implementation and upgrade work
- Performs other responsibilities, as needed
- Manage implementation and testing of all new interfaces and changes made to existing interfaces.

- Manage projects independently by working with the end users and participate in the full life cycle of the development (Req Gathering to Post Go-live Maintenance).
