• System Support and Issue Resolution:
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests related to the SAP TM module.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in system configurations, integration, and data flows.
• Ensure timely resolution of user-reported issues and system bugs.
• Configuration and Maintenance:
• Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, configuration adjustments, and performance optimization.
• Support testing and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Ensure proper documentation of system configurations and changes.
• User Support and Training:
• Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing guidance on SAP TM functionality and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enhance user proficiency.
• Gather user feedback and recommend system improvements.
• Collaboration with Teams:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and ensure system alignment.
• Coordinate with the SAP functional and technical teams for cross-module support and integration.
• Assist with incident escalation to SAP or third-party vendors when required.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate and analyze system reports to monitor performance and usage.
• Identify trends in recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.

Note : Candidate must be able to work in 6:30PM-3:30AM shift (hybrid)
