Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Any degree related to HR is preferable Eligibility : - Experience in Mobile App Development and Software Solutions for Aviation and Manufacturing industries

Job Location: Chennai, Porur

Role & responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through discussions with stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to align with business objectives.
• Develop strategic solutions and detailed plans to bridge business needs with technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior executives, technical teams, and clients, to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and process workflows.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes, create implementation strategies, and monitor progress.
• Guide junior Business Analysts and teams by sharing expertise and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Provide concise daily or weekly status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
