Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify key SEO opportunities.
• On-Page Optimization:
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for better search engine rankings.
• Ensure website structure and internal linking are SEO-friendly.
• Backlink Building:
• Develop and execute a robust backlink-building strategy to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
• Identify and secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
• Conduct outreach to potential link partners, including bloggers, industry influencers, and other relevant websites.
• Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of high-quality content.
• Technical SEO:
• Perform regular technical audits of the website to identify and fix SEO issues.
• Monitor site performance and implement improvements to enhance site speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall user experience.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
• Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO strategies and opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of link-building strategies and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
