Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to develop and implement automated testing strategies for our software applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing software functionalities, designing and executing automated tests, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the software development team to enhance quality.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced programming skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong project management capabilities.

You will ensure that the software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability by developing effective test procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the software design team to understand verification protocols and testing requirements.

- Identify weaknesses in software applications and propose areas for improvement.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.

- Analyze software bug reports, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.

- Implement and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks.

- Set up and manage test databases.

- Document test results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings.

- Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve application stability.

- Ensure continuous improvement of automated testing processes and practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in automation systems and tools.

- Strong experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java and VBScript.

- Solid understanding of software application functionality, bug-fixing techniques, and testing protocols.

Analytical Skills :

- Ability to assess complex systems, detect issues, and recommend solutions.

Attention to Detail :

- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in identifying and addressing quality issues.
