Big Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Require 2+ years relevant experience in Spark/Scala. Total experience 3 to 4 years.
• Develop code using Software Craftsmanship best practices such as Test-driven development, continuous integration/delivery/deployment, and clean coding.
• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process oriented. Experience with Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects is a plus.
• Ability to listen, think, analyze user requirements, and implement quick solutions.
• Coordinate in testing, deployment, and production activities of the team to ensure production stability.
• Experience participating in design reviews and code reviews.
• Capacity to implement quick POCs using the latest tech stack.
• Fair understanding of design patterns and design principles.

Profile Required:

• Require 2+ years relevant experience in Scala/Spark. Total experience 3 to 4 years.
• Programming experience using Spark/Scala is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline.
• Experience in Hadoop and HIVE on AZURE is mandatory.
• Participate in API Development.
• Experience with Unix and SQL is a must.
• Experience in support activities.
• Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.
