Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic, brand awareness, and client engagement. You will be responsible for designing social media strategies aligned with business goals, managing content creation, and enhancing our brand's social presence.

• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works, experience in optimizing content for audience engagement, and a strong ability to turn marketing ideas into reality.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to align with company goals
• Create and manage high-quality content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Oversee and manage social media accounts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to audience interactions
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and continuously monitor performance to ensure goals are met
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with current social media trends and tools
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including creating ads, setting budgets, and optimizing for performance
